Pearl (or Poil to Spooky) is a comic book character created by Harvey Comics that debuted in the comic book Spooky #3 : she is Spooky's "half-wit girlfriend."-
Appearance
Pearl is a little female ghost, she has blue eyes and long blonde hair (orange in her early appearances) she wears a big purple bow in her hair.
Personality
In her early appearances Pearl is described a smart girl that loves school and enjoys reading, like Casper she is calm and doesn't like scaring, she disapproves when Spooky tries to scare people, as a girlfriend she can be really shot-tempered and jealous.
In The Spooktacular New Adventures of Casper her personally differs from her comic counterpart, she is portrayed as the typical dumb blonde, she is slow and rather clueless.
Story
In the original Harvey Comics Universe Spooky met Pear in the comic book Spooky #3, when the Tuff Little Ghost was trying to escape from the truant officer who happened to be Pearl's father, and he accidentally found Poil's house, Originally she was portrayed as an intelligent girls that liked reading.
She is very often a supporting character in Spooky comics, and she also appears in The Spooktacular New Adventures of Casper and Casper's Haunted Christmas.
Pearl, much like Spooky has a Brooklyn accent. Pearl often hates it when Spooky scares people since it gets in the way of their relationship.
